Residents have access to three oceanfront pools on the 50,000-square-foot pool deck -- the Main Pool, Cabana Pool and South Pool (a heated infinity pool) -- plus Tala Beach. The rooftop pool is reserved for 1 Hotel guests, though residents can still enjoy the views, cocktails and sushi at the onsite Watr restaurant.

More than half a dozen restaurants and bars are on property, including Aviv, STK South Beach, Plnthouse, Neighbors, the poolside Sandbox, Watr at the Rooftop, and Tala Beach.

Yes -- the Bamford Spa occupies a 4,500-square-foot space on the mezzanine level, with 12 treatment rooms for facials, massages, body treatments, and manicures and pedicures.

The mezzanine level is home to Anatomy, a 14,000-square-foot gym with personal training and group fitness classes, and there's a SoulCycle studio on the ground floor.
Is there shopping inside the building?
Yes -- the property is home to a collection of boutiques including Big Drop NYC, ARI, Plant the Future and Everything But Water, so residents can shop without leaving the building.
